EZ Nail Lab Policies
1. Booking & Deposits
30% Secure Deposit: To protect our staff's schedule and guarantee your "spot," a 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. This amount will be applied to your final service total.
Late Arrival:
We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited as a late fee.
2. Service Satisfaction & Guarantee
No Refund Policy: We take pride in our precision. All services are final and non-refundable once the appointment is completed.
7-Day Quality Guarantee: If you experience any technical issues (such as chipping or lifting) within 7 days of your service, we provide a complimentary fix. This does not apply to breakages caused by physical force or impact.
3. Liability & Safety
Alcohol Service: Complimentary beverages are for guests 21+. By consuming alcohol, you assume all personal risk. EZ Nail Lab is not responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur during or after your visit.
Personal Items: EZ Nail Lab is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought into the studio.
Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose any medical conditions (e.g., diabetes) or allergies (e.g., essential oils, lotions) before the service. EZ Nail Lab is not liable for undisclosed health reactions.
Right to Refuse: For the safety of our staff and clients, we reserve the right to refuse service for suspected nail fungus, open wounds, or visible intoxication.
4. Spa Environment
"No Chills" (Child Safety): To maintain a relaxing and hygienic atmosphere, no children are allowed in the studio unless they are receiving a service.
No Smoking: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the suites.
No Strong Odors: Please avoid bringing strong-smelling food or wearing heavy perfumes to respect our private, enclosed suite environment.
